Ha ha! Wielder of SG Keeper of the magic shovel of gloves.... and All powerful kick ass Goddess! (was that humble enough?) I Love this S*%T :)!!!!! I will try to remember this for tomorrow :) So, today, I used the last two minutes of my 14 to do SG squat thrusts and SG enhanced Situps... I didn't count the reps but it was for about a minute each, non-stop... Oh and I did an "extreme" version of Hoist, but could only do about 4 of them in total.... This is the very very slow version in which you start from the extreme endpoint of the triceps range of motion (ie: straight down to the ground with your elbow completely flexed) and then lifting the SG to the opposite extreme, directly in a line parallel to your spine (ie: straight up, with no chaser) Thanks again "sit-in Thor" for your much needed and much appreciated pep talk...
