Wow, that almost looks like a Norse word! LOL :)
Okay, did it again today, and I have two little purple shovelgloves
drawn on my calendar..., along with one red Nos slash from
yesterday... I wonder how I will look if I can truly keep this going
without breaks in the week? I have a feeling it will be pretty
great!
So, SG compadres, here's an altered version of Fireman...
I call it "roll down the car window" or the more medieval fantasy

version, "roll down the moat gate"....
Basically, when I do Fireman I don't like the effect of the hard-
high brake on my back, so I modified it to make the movement more
fluid and body friendly :)
My 18 year old Toyota Corolla (damn those cars just can't be killed!)
has antiquated, and very sticky roll down non-automatic windows...
Lately the gears have been really stiff, and rolling down the window
takes a huge effort! :)
This move is like a very meta version of rolling down a car window
manually...In kinesiology, this is "circumduction of the shoulder"..
There is no braking, it's just like when you are riding a bike and
your foot travels a circular path, smoothly...just this time with
your arm... You hold the handle the same as Fireman..., there is no
smashing however and it is less likely to cause boo-boos...
So, like I said before, instead of an 18 year old Corolla, you may
wish to imagine that you are rolling the gears of a large heavilly
chained moat gate....it's a little cooler, don't you agree? :) LOL
Peace and perspiration,
Deb :)
