LOL...
Well, today I did my SG workout.. went well, it does seem to be getting a bit
easier.. I can really feel it in my arms and abdomen. On Saturday I went for
a 4 mile rather fast paced walk (ended up doing it in an hour and 6 minutes).
I'm still recovering from that.. I could really feel THAT in my hips, and
feet. Will try the same route tomorrow if the weather's favorable.
