I was looking around the other day a stumbled on a copy of Covert Bailey's Ultimate fit or fat. One of the main theme's he preaches about exercise is to do something. The whole idea for him is to do some type of physical activity - make it fun, be consistent, and do as much as you can, within reason.I know that sounds a bit vague, but if you want more detailed instructions it would be best to pick up a copy at the library or bookstore.Anyway it seems that shovelglove fits in as something that's fun and you can do a lot. A couple of days ago I split some wood with a wedge and sledge at my dad's house. Not much movement variety but definitely a workout.I was wondering does anyone else use their sledge for real?
