One move I am finding doing wonders for my back is doing driving fence posts variant where I move like once of those swiss automations that ring bells. Start in the end position and then bring the SG back over your head in preparation to strike. You want to bring it back far enough that you feel a little pull in your abs but not far enough that you overbalance your self. Then bring it back along the same path to Fence post striking position. Repeat. The slower you do it, the harder it is. Unfortunately doing it slowly takes alot of time. Another thing you can do is move whichever hand is not at the base of the handel closer to the base of the handel turning it it into kind of a sword strike. --j --- Reinhard Engels <beautiful_idiot@...> wrote: > I'll give it another try in a couple of weeks.
