OMG, Reinhard, no one will ever accuse you of coming up with a wussy
workout plan. I can hardly type. I can hardly lift a glass of water
to drink it. I made it through 50 shovels to each side, 20 butter
churns wiht the hands both ways, 20 wood chops both ways, another 50
shovels both ways, then somewhere around 10 butter churns before the
timer finally went off. I forgot all about the flip-lever ones but
like you said, I shouldn't be focusing on taht right now. I finished
about 10 min ago and my heart rate is still elevated. I'm also
afraid I'm going to get blisters. Has that been a problem for anyone
and if so do you have any suggestions?
