Ok i've created a monster. As some of you doubtless know the Tabata Protocol is a way of getting the body to maximize VO2. You take an exercise lets say Hindu Sqauts and you do as many as you can for 20 seconds..then rest for 10 seconds. repeat for a total of 8 intervals 4 minutes. Its a killer and the equivalent of 45 minutes of moderate cardio activity. Ive done different cals for up to 32 intervals 16 minutes in past its killer with a sledge..I hope thats not heretical Reinhardt...lets say shovelling for example its monstrous.
