Hey friends :)
I have been getting a little bored doing the same SG... I don't
really count anything but I usually alternate about 5 moves and
freestyle, keeping moving all the time...
So today I decided to become a Disco Duck and took out my Saturday
Night Fever soundtrack... I burned that mutha *down* I tell you!
I recommend that you all get out some great dance tunes and leave
your "Arnold" persona at the door, it's time for some Studio 54
Shovelglove LOL :)
Really it was fun and got my heart pumping... I worked my way up to
a quick speed from slow-medium and the SG felt like my dance
partner :) It was great!
Being rigid and routine sometimes begs the question
"Do you wanna boogie?" So much energy came out through the dancing,
and I was smiling the whole time!
My arms are starting to get much more noticeably strong... By next
year I am sure I will have a great pair of sexy and lethal
shoulders! :)
