Michael,
It takes time to adpt to any workout program, but i
dont understand the self confidence remark? Is it that
you care what people outside who see you may think? My
self-response in those cases is that tese people don't
pay my bills or exercise for me..so ..i dont care.
Im sure you'll get the ball rollin in good time. I got
my 14 minutes in @ 6:00am and it was cold in my garage
lol. I've not been posting regularly but i have been
keeping a journal up to date. Good luck everyone &
keep on trucking.
