....Ha ha! I get it :)
Artie, what you do in your free time is your bizness! Hee hee :)
Just make sure that you do it for 14 minutes, 5 days a week! (or
until it falls off, your *arms* I mean!) LOL

first 7 days of the new year in California, though, sans
sledgehammer.
....Okay, quit your cowering Sheep boy! Pick up that Shovelglove or
I will be forced to come out to Jersey :) LOL
Just kidding Artie. I'm trying out the traditional personal trainer
style talk...There's plenty of year left to get moving, just don't
wait too much longer because it will feel like your muscles are weak
and puny all over again, each time you take a substantial break and
then when you pick it up they will be all "Ow"! I doubt they would

have let you bring a sledgehammer onto the airplane so the "pact" is

granting you "travelling immunity" so just forget about last week,

it's done. :)

...Most definitely interested and hope it goes well for you :)
I want you to go from Sad to Glad, or Raw or whatever :)
Best wishes!
