Mine doesn't have a sweater wrapped around it either... then again, I have 

wall to wall carpet, and, no cats. :)

I have a 10 pounder. While I have no desire to increase the weight of it.. I 

figured out something.. rather than go out and buy another sledgehammer, I can 

just slide a HeavyHands weight right onto the handle, down to the sledge, and 

secure it with rubber bands or something. I can add 1, 2, or 3 pounds by 

doing this, and the weight will stay in place!

Did a workout yesterday.. really felt it in my arms and abdomen! (I am going 

to do one today as well.. yes, I know it's Thanksgiving.. but I didn't do one 

on Tuesday). Also going to go for a long walk, and bring along the Heavyhands 

for that. 

I am reallllly looking forward to spring :)
