Hey folks :)
Storms post got me going on checking out those old school dudes a 
little more. I looked up Edward Aston and came up with another cool 
photo of him, doing some self resistance exercise, which makes just 
about every muscle in his arm bulge out in high definition relief... 
So there are a whole mess of very funny and interesting photos of 
some strongmen of old... If you click on the galleries to the left 
you can see all those different photos...
This first one is clearly a patent infringement of Shovelglove! Oh 
wait a minute, it doesn't have a sweater wrapped around it, and oh 
right, Reinhard wasn't even a glimmer in anyones eye at that point 
in history, so I guess, no trademark problems....
Check out George Hackenschmidt with his old timey SG (and beer 
incase he got thirsty while exercising!)
