Subject: Situps with Shovelglove

Hey All :)
What possessed me today? I actually used my SG for doing situps...
Whether or not this is anti-ethical to the standing upright "code"

of shovelglove use, I decided to forget about all this "indirect"

stuff re: Abs...The truth is, after about 10 minutes, I got bored
with arm stuff and decided to relax my poor shoulders and get a bit
of work to my flabbiest part...
What I did was, I put the SG right in the middle of my chest,
between the padded spots, and pretty much on my sternum, I held it
in place with my hands and I did sit ups for about 2 minutes. I had
to put a pillow under my oh so sensitive bottom, and the 12 lbs was
a great tool for added resistance....No crunches, they only work a
small fraction of the muscle, and don't help much because of their
limited range of motion....
Also, my "hoist the sack", which used to be very hard, is becoming

my favorite move these days...
Maybe I will lose this kangaroo pouch one day after all!
Peace,
Deb
