Okay, that was somewhat tolerable...Word of advise, once you start SG just stick with it, because it seems easier to maintain, if there are no major breaks in working out...That's my experience :) So here's a little move to throw in. I call it "Scythe the mead" or "Thresh the wheat" Just pretend you are cutting down large fields of tall grass or wheat with a scythe, or sickle...Swoop in to your middle from out at the sides, remember not to torque your spine and overswoop past your midline... Take it easy, we are trying to cut down wheat, not make "cream of wheat" LOL :) See you later folks :) Deb |
