Thanks for responding. It's nice have support. I do my exercises in
the morning at about 5:15. I do some stretching mostly because my
back is so stiff when I first get up and the stretching does loosen
me up quite a bit.
After three days of shovelgloving I am pleasantly sore.
I still like it.
