Thanks so much for providing the links and including
the scenarios on the shovelglove site. I'm honored to
be listed there as a contributor. 

I have worked out a routine of farm exercises, sort of
redundant to those you've already done, but just put
them in a sequence of 'chores' throughout the day. I
don't have time to post now but will in the next day
or so.
