I don't mean like super huge, Popeye the Sailor man, I can bench my
boyfriend kind of muscles... :D
But, the last three weeks of my weight loss plan have slowed down to
like minimal minimal losses. I am aware that muscle weighs more
than fat, but takes up less room - and am okay with that, but I just
keep telling myself that I can't be developing muscle that quickly.
I exercise 6x a week now though, and have been for the last three
weeks - so it coincides with the slow down of weight loss. 3x a
week I go to the gym, I do 25 minutes of weights and then 40-60
minutes on the Precor or Eliptical machines. The days I am not at
the gym, I do about 45 minutes of DDR (Dance Dance Revolution - the
dancing video game) So I mean, especially my lower body is really
getting a lot of attention and being made to work and get stronger.
Is it possible that if my weight is only dropping 2/10ths of a pound
or so, it's because I have lost fat but gained muscle already?
