there was this link on the shovelglove site (cant quite remember which one exactly)..
that mentioned something about "functional movements".. i cant remember the
exact terminology, really.. but something that sounded a bit like that ...and i
figured we could work a bit more muscles if we shovelglove standing on one leg...
then hopping on the other one mid-movement... i tried it with the shoveling movement
and it was... errrr..not very comfortable.. but i had fun trying to balance myself
while managing the weight and still properly carrying out the movement.... i suppose
there's nothing "functional" about that.. what are the chances of ur having
to shovel something? and yet still what are the chances of having to shovel something
standing flamenco- style ??? i could call it Flamenco Shoveler.. :) ... but then it's
a pretty weird movement and no "nomenclature" required since it's unlikely
that anyone will actually use the name ... let alone, perform it...
was just thinking aloud..!
