Hey All, Deb posting that she liked high variety and low reps reminded me of something I have been meaning to post for some time. Instead of having a predefined workout routine, you can mix things up a little by selecting 4 exercises and assigning them to each of the 4 suits. Then for your workout go through the cards till you run out of time doing the number of reps for each suit(exercise) (face cards worth 10, aces 11 or whatever you like). --j |
