Hi Reinhard,

Thanks for all the links. Personally I hate stretching (or anything
that would add time to the magical 14 minutes) so I will probably
jump on any excuse to not do it. But it's nice to get some
background info.

My left arm has no swelling anymore. It feels just a little tight
when I stretch it out fully. The right arm is 100% normal (well, a
TINY bit of stiffness :P). Therefore I'm considering the best way to
(re)start SG. I might start out by doing the same motions with a
broom for a few days, to see how that goes. Then what I need is a
way to add small amounts of weight to the broom, to work up to 8
lbs. Someone I know who's into fitness recommended containers of
water for this (and she was also responsible for the broom idea). Is
this cautious enough or what? :) I just don't want to take any more
chances on hurting my puny pathetic arms.

thanks,
Ariel
