Hi Lee, So you've started shovelgloving? That's great. Keep us posted as to your progress. As with the nosdiet, the critical thing is just to carve out the habit -- be religious about those 14 minutes a weekday. I'm 100% better, thanks. Up to the 16 pounder again.
