Hey guys :)
I am so excited! I measured my arms again this week and I went down 
a half inch on each arm! Actually 3/4 on my right and 1/2 on my 
left. Woo hoo yay!!!
I assume if I keep the pact going this will continue and I will 
finally get the great arms I deserve! :) I am totally stoked!!!
