OK, I've said too much.

I sheepishly admit I have not SG'd yet this year. I did spend the
first 7 days of the new year in California, though, sans sledgehammer.

I will start tomorrow. I'm on a raw food diet for one month (or
longer, but at least the one month to start) and I'm journalling my
progress at www.fromsadtoraw.com if anyone's interested.
