Hey, I'm about to do my thang..Tada, today I am not as lame as 
yesterday.. I broke my pact of blood! Oh the humanity, who is going 
to kick my ass? LOL 
Was wondering what heavy hands are? I remember Artie mentioning 
that he uses them too...Is this those sand filled wristbands? I 
tried them in the past to enhance my jogging, and didn't like having 
the restriction around my wrists... Now if they actually had a kind 
of glove, that might work.
