I've been on track w/ SG but then im obsessive
compulsive...let us not speak of Holidays and
overeating lol...Im coming from a Kettlebell
background
i still use them but SG is very efficient.. after
you've used 2 53lb KB for ballistic drills for two yrs
you have to adapt slowly my sledge is a 20lb oak
handle.
