Hey, still shuggin' here! I slipped and missed a few days during college 

finals, but I'm back on track now. :) I've been on a 10lbs sledge for 
awhile, too (feels great). Unfortunately I went a bit overboard with my 

"S days" and gorged myself over Christmas vacation down south (just got 

back home to snowy Boston), so a lot of progress has been shot to hell. 

:/ Oh well... tomorrow is a new day. :)
