I haven't come up with any new moves in a while, but
I'm settling into a new default routine (last 2 months
or so). It's based on the 24-14-7 principle, but I've
added other multiples of 7.
Drive Fence post: 42
Churn Butter: 42
Shovel: 42
Flip Lever: 14
Chop Wood (Swiss automaton style): 14
Hoist Sack: 14
Stoke oven: 21
Tuck bales: 21
The Fireman: 14
Chop tree: 14
This routine gives me most of the hard workout of 5a,
the variety of 5b (and then some), and a little time
left over for freestyle or seconds. 5a was just a
little too ambitious. I *could* do all the moves if I
rushed, but I often didn't and felt guilty, or went
into overtime to do them, or rushed and succeeded and
didn't enjoy as much. I never had time for freestyle
or seconds.
I'll post this as routine 6 on the site soon. Just
thought I'd give my loyal yahoo groupies a preview.
