Hey guys, I didn't skip out today... I have earned my jamming dinner 
for sure today...
I am so psyched! This is getting to be a habit and it's making me 
feel great :)
It's starting to get easy guys.. I was swinging this thing around 
like it was a baton and I was at a pep rally...Overhead twirls and 
all!
