...You probably know this already, but to work any muscle to it's 
fullest, the direction of the exercise, and the weight must be 
lifted 180 degrees relative to the normal orientation of the 
muscle... So for elbow extentions, to work the triceps...hoist the 
sack is best, as opposed to other less challenging tricep work, like 
extending the elbow behind the back with a dumbell... Did that make 
sense? Hmmm...anyway "hoist" does that....
Your version of flip, is pretty much what I call, modified curls, 
which I do... but I find them extremely boring :)
You may be cold up there, but boy are we wet and cold down here... 
It is pouring today!
