Hey, guys and gals. Still having alot of fun with Shovelglove. Started
doing some ballistic stuff for cardio and it really gets me huffing. I
do a move that sort of reminds me of a Penndulum because it's a side
swinging motion. Also regular swings where I swing it from between my
to legs to shoulder level. I don't go about shoulder level for a
couple reasons. The first and most important is I've had an upper back
problem in the past and it hurts bad when I do so. The second is with
that much of a lever it could be a problem on the way down. I grab
with both hands. Really tests the grip as well. Be careful with these
moves. If you're not gripped tight you now have a missle. On swings
make sure the shovelglove is gripped so you don't hit the ankles or
more important bodyparts.
