Well, what the heck, I only wrote 20 posts today...Why stop at 
that...LOL
If anyone is actually interested in the physiology/pathology info 
behind what is involved in those snow shovelling induced heart 
attacks, here's a link.
Besides people who are the invariable "fat lazy remote control 
holding slobs" described in the SG site, it's pretty important to 

take care even if you are relatively healthy once those white flakes 
start to fill up your driveway...Warming up those muscles, taking 
breaks, *NOT* holding your breath and bearing down, aka the Valsalva 
maneuver (the thing you do when you are on the can)

When I shovel snow, I have fun...usually it's not a big deal, but I 
make sure not to put too much on the shovel at a time...I'd rather 
take it slow, and not die :)
