Hi, first post here.
First, I am 25 years old and work at a feed store (full time during
summer, part time during school) and am going for my BA in
sociology. I was clued into shovelglove, urban ranger, and nosdiet
through Bryce Lane's Iron Works forum. I had noticed that I have
been getting fat around the middle, and want to see my abs again. I
like Kettlebells a lot, and sg looks fun, too. I have found
resources to get a 20# sledge, but the biggest one I ever heard of is
a 35#er (a farmer I work with has it in his barn. He says "you don't

swing it like a normal hammer, you pick it up and drop it on the
fence post." He weighs in at 280# well over 6' tall, and almost no

gut. I'll take his word for it!). I am also interested in strongman
competition, although I'm not really good at it. By the way, has
anyone here read Steve Justa's book, Rock, Iron, Steel?
