Ok.. I heard about shovelglove a while ago (from the noS diet page actually), but never really thought about it. Recently, I wanted to get into shape, provide a little tone, ya know. It's been dancing away in the back of my head until I was at home depot and saw the sledghammers. right then I decided to buy one and take the step. It wasn't that easy of course... it sat... and sat... and I'd do a few shovels and say... that feels nice - but didn't really do it. Yesterday, I realized I gained 12 pounds (and 5% body fat). That was it. I decide Monday was day one. After finishing my 14 minutes.. I have to say... that was HELL. I can't believe how tired I feel... how much sweat I expended. If the first day is any indication.... this shovelglove thing will work great for me! Thanks (and good luck with the offspring!) a. |
