For you SG who get "ribbed" I have a Bullworker

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

For you SG who get "ribbed" I have a Bullworker

Post by Over43 » Sun Jun 22, 2008 8:28 am

I get laughed at for that. This last Summer (2007) until May I had to work two jobs. I taught school during the day, and stacked produce shelves at night. So, I took my Bullworker with me to school and would workout in the 45 minutes I had between jobs. The football coaches laughed at me, the 380 pound guy I shared a room with laughed at me, the mildly retarded students laughed at me.

So, I can't wait to get my sledge out and give the SG a try. I'm not sure on the actual use, other than pounding stumps. but I'll figure it out.

Welcome, Over43!

I'd never heard of a "bullworker."

Somehow the use of the word "bull" in a commercial exercise product doesn't seem particularly well advised... :-)

I think you'll find SG at least as fun. Let us know how it goes.

www.bullworker.com

It actually is a "neat" piece of equipment. Portable, lovable, never puts its cold feet against mine at 3 in the morning
It's headed to California with me on the California Zephry in a week.
